It is very important that you carefully inspect the shipping crate and E-Wheels product for any shipping damage prior to customer accepting and signing the Delivery Truck Driver's delivery slip. Once you accept the E-Wheels product and sign the Truck Driver's shipment acceptance form, E-Wheels is removed from any and all claims regarding shipping damage. Thus, it is imperative that the Customer inspects the E-Wheels product prior to shipment acceptance. ONCE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS AND SIGNS THE TRUCK DRIVERS DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE NOTICE, EWHEELS IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT SHIPPING DAMAGE. BY SIGNING THE TRUCK DRIVER DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE NOTICE THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PRODUCT IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION AND IS FREE OF DEFECTS AT TIME OF PRODUCT DELIVERY.
