We have listed the returns policies for the scooters by brand below. Please note that there are no returns or refunds on accessories products. Dynamite Travel Scooters will not be held responsible for any returns related to product malfunction or misuse.

Returns Information:

Returns are limited and done on a case by case basis. Requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns must re-crated professionally. Customer must pay for return shipping and there is a 25% restocking fee.

Moving Life

Returns Information:

Returns are accepted. Request for return should be within 14 days from the day of delivery. The unit should arrive back to Moving Life within 30 days from day of delivery (The customer must pay for shipping back to Moving Life). Moving Life will only accept units in their original packaging and that were not used outdoors (they will inspect and document the units when they receive them).
A restocking fee of up to 20% will be charged since they cannot sell the returned unit as new and to recover lost shipping costs.
