Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation:

Our products sell very quickly so please confirm availability with us before placing your order. If by chance you do not confirm availability with us prior to your order we will notify you if there has been a change in inventory availability. Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details within 1 to 2 full business days. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Shipment process:

After your order is processed, we will confirm the product availability with the distribution warehouse. Shipping generally takes 2 to 10 full business days from the point that your product's availability is confirmed. Please note that during unforseen times including but not limited to a pandemic shipping times may be delayed and take longer. Once the product is confirmed we will proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are made available to us from the distribution warehouse we will issue those to you via email and/or sms to the contact information that you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, please check your spam spam junk folders and do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@dtscooters.com. Expedited shipping requests are approved on a case by case basis. Please contact us for details on if your product will qualify for this option.

 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  Note that your box may be damaged during the shipping process. Please be sure to inspect the contents inside the box to check for any damages. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@dtscooters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returns:

The policies of the brands we sell lasts up to 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There may be administrative and/or restocking fees associated with returns. Please review details on the product page or our resources section for specific details on returns by brand.

NOTE: No returns are accepted for ShopRider brand products and there are no returns on any accessories within our store.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that administrative and restocking fees may be deducted from your refund amount. Please review details on the product page or our resources section for specific details on returns and refund policies by brand.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. NOTE: There are no refunds on ShopRider brand products or any accessories within our store.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Cancellations:                                      

Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours and/or after the product is already in route to be delivered is subject to a 25% administration/restrocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
