Shipping and Returns
This item ships to locations within the 48 contiguous United States only. Free shipping applies to all scooters with some exceptions. Please contact us for details on which scooters do not qualify for free shipping. Returns are allowed for most brands with some exclusions. Please check the product page for details on which products do not qualify for returns and refunds. Please note that returns and refunds may be subject to administrative, restock, returns, and refunds fees. Please find specific return and refund details on each product page and/or under our resources section.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all of your order details within 1 to 2 business days. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipment process:
After your order is processed, we will confirm the product availability with the distribution warehouse. Shipping generally takes 2 to 10 full business days from the point that your product's availability is confirmed. Once the product is confirmed we will proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are made available to us from the distribution warehouse we will issue those to you via email and/or sms to the contact information that you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@dtscooters.com. Expedited shipping requests are approved on a case by case basis. Please contact us for details on if your product will qualify for this option.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@dtscooters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Returns:
Our return policies vary among the brands that we offer with the strictest policy being 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. Please note that administrative and restocking fees may apply for returns and refunds. Please review each product page or our resources section for further details on returns and refund options and policies. No returns are accepted for ShopRider products or for any accessories from our store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that returns may be subject to administrative, restock, and returns fees. Please review the product page and resources section for details.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Accessories also cannot be refunded. All ShopRider products are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours and/or is already en route to be delivered is subject to a 25% administration/restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
